Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, your day involves a variety of dynamic tasks centered around member satisfaction. You will greet members warmly, operate cash registers, and process payments with accuracy. A significant part of the role involves assisting customers with returns and exchanges, as well as answering general questions about products and store policies.

You will also play a key role in membership services, helping members with sign-ups, renewals, and inquiries. Additionally, you will check receipts at the exit door to ensure policy compliance and maintain a clean, organized front-end area. Your ability to follow customer service procedures and cash handling policies will be critical to the smooth operation of the store.
