Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will work across multiple areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support. Your day may involve operating the cash register, assisting customers with questions, and handling transactions with speed and accuracy. You will also be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and unloading deliveries. This includes organizing merchandise, cleaning store areas, and helping maintain overall store presentation standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may shift between tasks throughout your shift to meet the needs of the store and its customers.
