About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. In this role, you will be the face of the store, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
Your day will involve assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions, and keeping the store well-stocked and presentable. You will play a key part in maintaining store cleanliness, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash. Additionally, you will help receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks to ensure stock replenishment meets productivity standards.
