About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve-oriented Customer Service Associates to assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This role is central to maintaining the high standard of service and organization that defines the Costco experience. Associates are responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, processing payments, and assisting with returns and exchanges. Additionally, associates check receipts at the exit, assist customers with membership questions and maintain a clean and organized front-end area.
