Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining store efficiency and presentation standards. Your day may involve operating the cash register, assisting customers with questions, and handling transactions, stocking shelves, and rotating inventory, unloading pallets, and organizing merchandise, and cleaning store areas. You may be required to operate pallet jacks and assist in various departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
