Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team and assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This position is central to maintaining the high standard of service Costco is known for, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all members.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while processing transactions and handling returns. Your day-to-day activities will include greeting members, operating cash registers, and checking receipts at the exit. You will also assist customers with membership questions, help with membership sign-ups and renewals, and answer general store questions. Maintaining a clean and organized front-end area is a key part of the role, ensuring that the store remains inviting and efficient.
