About the Role

ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This role is designed to support daily store operations by serving as both a Cashier and a Stocker. Associates are expected to work efficiently, follow company procedures, and assist in multiple areas of the store as needed throughout their shift.

Day in the Life

As an ALDI Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store efficiency and presentation standards. Your day may involve operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions. You will also assist customers with questions and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Beyond the register, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and unloading deliveries. This includes organizing merchandise, cleaning store areas, and operating pallet jacks to move pallets. Employees may rotate between cashiering, stocking, and general store support duties during a single shift to keep the store running smoothly.
