Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many members. Your day involves greeting members warmly, operating cash registers, and processing payments accurately. You will assist customers with returns and exchanges, answer questions regarding memberships and general store information, and check receipts at the exit door. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area is a core part of your responsibilities.
