Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members and providing excellent customer service. Your day will involve operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling returns and exchanges. You will also assist members with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals, as well as general store inquiries. Maintaining a clean and organized front-end area is a key part of the role, ensuring that the workspace is professional and welcoming. Additionally, you will check receipts at the exit door and follow all customer service procedures and cash handling policies.
