Customer Service Associates/Cashier

About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to provide excellent customer service and assist members with their shopping needs. This role is central to the front-end store operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for every member who visits the warehouse.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many members. Your day involves greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments with accuracy and speed. You will also assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and answer general questions about the store and its products.

A key part of this role involves membership services. You will help members with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals, ensuring they have the best possible experience with their Costco membership. Throughout your shift, you will maintain a clean and organized front-end area, following Costco’s customer service procedures and cash handling policies to uphold the company's high standards.

Compensation and Benefits
