About the Role

Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will engage directly with members to assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges. Your day will involve operating cash registers, processing payments, and checking receipts at the exit door. You will also be the go-to resource for membership questions, assisting with sign-ups and renewals, while helping members with general store inquiries. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area is a key part of your daily responsibilities.
