Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats to ensure the store runs smoothly. You will be responsible for organizing merchandise, rotating inventory, and maintaining high standards of store cleanliness and presentation. The role requires versatility, as you may move between cashiering, stocking, and general store support tasks, and assisting customers with questions throughout your shift.
