Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions. You will also assist customers with questions and provide excellent service. In addition to cashier duties, you will stock shelves, rotate inventory, and organize merchandise. This may include unloading deliveries, moving pallets, and operating pallet jacks. Cleaning and maintaining store presentation standards are also key parts of the role. Employees are expected to work efficiently, follow company procedures, and assist in multiple areas as needed throughout their shift.
