About the Role

Associates play a critical part in front-end store operations, from greeting members to processing transactions and handling returns.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing various front-end tasks. Your day will involve greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments accurately. You will assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and answer general questions about the store and its products.
A significant part of this role involves membership services. You will assist members with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and organized front-end area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all shoppers. You will be expected to follow Costco’s customer service procedures and cash handling policies strictly.
