About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, handling returns, assisting with membership services, checking receipts at the exit door, assisting customers with questions, and maintaining front-end organization and cleanliness.
