About the Role

ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support for daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This position supports the fast-paced nature of our grocery stores, ensuring that shelves are stocked, customers are assisted, and the store maintains high presentation standards. Associates play a vital role in the efficiency of the store, often working across multiple areas including cashiering, stocking, and general store support during a single shift.

Day in the Life

As an ALDI Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. This includes operating the cash register, assisting customers with questions, stocking shelves, unloading deliveries, and helping maintain store presentation standards. You will also be involved in unloading pallets, operating pallet jacks, and organizing merchandise. The role requires you to work efficiently, follow company procedures, and assist in multiple areas of the store as needed.
