About the Role

Associates are responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, processing payments, and assisting with returns and exchanges. The position also involves checking receipts at the exit, assisting customers with membership questions, and maintaining a clean and organized front-end area. Additionally, associates may assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and helping members with general store questions.
