About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team and assist members with their shopping needs. This role is central to the front-end store operations, ensuring that every member receives excellent customer service from the moment they enter the store.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments efficiently. Your day will involve assisting customers with returns and exchanges, checking receipts at the exit, and answering general store questions. You will also play a key role in membership services, including helping with sign-ups and renewals. Maintaining a clean and organized front-end area is essential to providing a welcoming environment for all members.
