About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This position is integral to maintaining a welcoming and efficient shopping environment, ensuring that every member receives excellent service from the moment they enter the store.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members. Your day will involve greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments with accuracy and speed. You will assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and answer general store questions.
Beyond the register, you will play a key role in membership services by assisting with membership sign-ups and renewals. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe front-end area, adhering to Costco’s customer service procedures and cash handling policies.
