About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team and assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This position is central to maintaining the high standard of service Costco is known for, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all members.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many members. Your day will involve greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments efficiently. You will also assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and answer general store questions. Additionally, you may help members with membership sign-ups and renewals, playing a key role in maintaining membership services.
