Customer Service Associates/Cashier

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team and assist members with their shopping needs. This role is central to maintaining the high standard of service Costco is known for, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for every member who visits the store.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many members. Your day will involve greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments with accuracy and speed. You will also assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and answer general questions about the store and its products.

Beyond the front-end operations, you may assist with membership sign-ups and renewals, helping members understand the value of their membership. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe front-end area, ensuring that the shopping environment remains pleasant for everyone.
