About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be the face of Costco, assisting members with their purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized front-end area. You will operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns and exchanges. Additionally, you will assist members with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals, as well as general store inquiries. You will also be responsible for checking receipts at the exit door and ensuring compliance with Costco's customer service procedures and cash handling policies.
