Customer Service Associates/Cashier

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This position is central to maintaining the high standard of service Costco is known for, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all members.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many members. Your day involves greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments efficiently. You will assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and answer general store questions. Additionally, you may help members with membership sign-ups and renewals, playing a key role in building long-term member relationships.
