About the Role
ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support-oriented Customer Service Associates to drive daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery environment. In this multifaceted role, you will serve as both a Cashier and Stocker, ensuring the store runs efficiently and presents a welcoming experience for shoppers.
This position is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are comfortable working across multiple areas of the store. You will be responsible for maintaining store presentation standards, assisting customers, and supporting logistics through stocking and inventory management.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, your day will involve a mix of customer-facing and operational tasks. You will operate cash registers, scanning items quickly and accurately while handling cash and card transactions. You will also assist customers with questions and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Beyond the register, you will play a key role in keeping the store stocked and organized. This includes unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, rotating inventory, and stocking shelves. You may also operate pallet jacks and assist with general store support tasks, such as cleaning and maintaining efficiency standards. Flexibility is key, as you may shift between cashiering, stocking, and other support duties throughout your shift.
