About the Role

Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will operate the cash register, assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Beyond the register, you will play a key role in maintaining store standards by stocking shelves, unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and cleaning store areas. You may rotate between cashiering, stocking, and general store support as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
