About the Role

ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team in a fast-paced grocery store environment. This role is designed to support daily store operations by serving as both a Cashier and a Stocker. The position requires versatility, as employees may work in multiple areas of the store during a single shift, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support.

Day in the Life

As an ALDI Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining store efficiency and presentation standards. Your day-to-day activities will include operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions. You will also assist customers with questions and ensure a positive shopping experience.

In addition to customer-facing duties, you will play a key role in inventory management. This involves stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading deliveries, organizing merchandise, and operating pallet jacks. You will also be responsible for cleaning store areas and helping maintain ALDI's high standards for store presentation.
