About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the welcoming face of our warehouse. This role is central to our mission of providing excellent service to our members, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the store. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting members with their purchases, handling returns and exchanges, and managing front-end store operations with efficiency and care.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve greeting members warmly and assisting them with various needs, including membership questions and general store inquiries. You will operate cash registers, process payments, and check receipts at the exit to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area is a key part of your responsibilities, as is adhering to Costco’s customer service procedures and cash handling policies. You may also assist with membership sign-ups and renewals, helping members maximize the value of their membership.
