Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the welcoming face of our warehouse. Associates are responsible for greeting members, assisting with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations, and maintaining a clean and organized environment that reflects Costco's high standards.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be at the heart of the store's front-end operations. Your day involves operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling returns and exchanges with care and accuracy. You will check receipts at the exit, assist customers with membership questions, and help with membership sign-ups and renewals. Additionally, you will answer general store questions and ensure the front-end area remains tidy and welcoming for all members.
