Costco - Customer Service Associates/Cashier

About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team and assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. This position is central to our mission of providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment for all members.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments. You will assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and help members with membership questions. Additionally, you may assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and general store questions. A key part of your role involves maintaining a clean and organized front-end area and following Costco customer service procedures and cash handling policies.
