About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the welcoming face of our warehouse. In this role, you will assist members with purchases, returns, and front-end store operations, ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting members, operating cash registers, processing payments, and handling returns and exchanges. Additionally, you will check receipts at the exit, assist customers with membership questions, and maintain a clean and organized front-end area. Associates may also help with membership sign-ups, renewals, and general store inquiries.
