About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to provide excellent customer service and support front-end store operations. This role is essential for maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for our members, ensuring smooth transactions, and assisting with membership services.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for many members. Your day will involve greeting members, operating cash registers, and processing payments efficiently. You will also assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and answer general questions about the store and membership benefits. Additionally, you may help with membership sign-ups and renewals. A key part of the role is maintaining a clean and organized front-end area while adhering to Costco’s customer service procedures and cash handling policies.
