Aldi Store Associate - Customer Service/Cashier/Stocker

About the Role

ALDI is seeking Customer Service Associates to support for daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment. As a Customer Service Associate, you will serve as a Cashier and Stocker, playing a vital role in maintaining store efficiency and presentation standards. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are willing to work across multiple areas of the store, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support.

Day in the Life

As an Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions. You will assist customers with questions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will stock shelves, rotate inventory, unload deliveries, and organize merchandise. This may include unloading pallets and operating pallet jacks. You will also be responsible for cleaning store areas and helping maintain ALDI's store presentation standards.
