About the Role
Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to provide excellent customer service and assist members with their shopping needs. This role is central to the front-end store operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all members.
Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members and assisting them with purchases, returns, and exchanges. You will operate cash registers, process payments, and check receipts at the exit. Additionally, you will assist customers with membership questions, help with membership sign-ups and renewals, and answer general store questions. Maintaining a clean and organized front-end area is also a key part of the role.
