Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may involve operating the cash register, assisting customers with questions, and handling transactions accurately. You will also play a key role in inventory management by stocking shelves, rotating inventory, unloading deliveries, and organizing merchandise. Additionally, you may be required to operate pallet jacks and assist with cleaning and maintaining store presentation standards. Versatility is key, as you may shift between cashiering, stocking, and other support duties throughout your shift.
