Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will engage directly with members throughout their shopping journey. Your day involves greeting customers warmly, operating cash registers, and processing payments with accuracy and speed. You will assist members with returns and exchanges, answer questions regarding membership benefits, and help facilitate membership sign-ups and renewals. Additionally, you will check receipts at the exit door and address general store inquiries, ensuring that all Costco customer service procedures and cash handling policies are strictly followed.
