Day in the Life
As a Customer Service Associate, you will wear many hats throughout your shift. You will be responsible for operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions with precision. Beyond the register, you will assist customers with questions and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
The role also involves significant physical activity and inventory management. You will stock shelves, rotate inventory, and organize merchandise to maintain store presentation standards. This includes unloading deliveries, moving pallets, and operating pallet jacks. Cleaning store areas and helping maintain overall store efficiency are also key components of the position. Employees may work in multiple areas of the store during a shift, including cashiering, stocking, and general store support, requiring adaptability and efficiency.
