Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. Your day may include operating the cash register, scanning items quickly and accurately, and handling cash and card transactions. You will assist customers with questions and provide excellent service. Additionally, you will stock shelves, rotate inventory, unload deliveries, and organize merchandise. This may involve unloading pallets and operating pallet jacks. You will also be responsible for cleaning store areas and helping maintain store presentation standards. Employees are expected to work efficiently, follow company procedures, and assist in multiple areas of the store as needed throughout their shift.
