About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to serve as the primary point of contact for our members. This role is essential to maintaining the high standard of service and efficiency that defines the Costco experience. Associates are responsible for managing front-end store operations, ensuring that every member interaction is positive, efficient, and helpful.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will greet members warmly and assist them with a variety of needs, including processing purchases, handling returns and exchanges, and checking receipts at the exit. You will operate cash registers and process payments accurately while maintaining a clean and organized front-end area. Additionally, you may assist members with membership questions, sign-ups, and renewals, as well as answer general inquiries about the store.

Compensation and Benefits Overview
