About the Role

Costco is seeking Customer Service Associates to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will be the face of Costco, assisting members with their purchases, returns, and front-end store operations. Your primary focus will be providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized front-end area. You will play a vital part in ensuring a positive experience for every member who walks through our doors.

Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, your day involves a variety of tasks designed to keep our front-end operations running smoothly. You will greet members warmly, operate cash registers, and process payments efficiently. You will also assist customers with returns and exchanges, check receipts at the exit, and answer questions regarding memberships and general store information. Additionally, you may help with membership sign-ups and renewals. Throughout your shift, you will adhere to Costco's customer service procedures and cash handling policies to ensure accuracy and security.
