Day in the Life

As a Customer Service Associate, you will engage directly with members to assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges. Your day will involve operating cash registers, processing payments, and checking receipts at the exit door. You will also be a resource for members, answering questions about membership services, sign-ups, renewals, and general store information. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area is a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the store environment reflects Costco's commitment to quality and service.
