As a CT Technologist at St. Mary's Medical Center in Grand Junction, Colorado, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team. You will perform diagnostic CT exams on patients using specialized equipment, working closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results. This position requires a strong understanding of imaging techniques, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for maintaining patient safety and comfort, ensuring proper identification and order verification, and operating CT equipment to produce clear, accurate images. Your work will directly contribute to the diagnostic process, requiring you to adhere to radiation safety guidelines, infection control protocols, and department standards while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
