Job Description

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and quality of our restaurant environment, ensuring that every customer receives fast and friendly service.

Crew Members play a vital part in the team dynamic, working across various stations including the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen depending on shift needs. The position requires collaboration with team members to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food according to company standards, and assembling food items, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. You will operate kitchen equipment, handle payments, and restock supplies to ensure the restaurant is always ready for customers. This role offers opportunities for growth, with potential advancement into Shift Manager or Department Manager roles, and Department Manager positions.
