As a Crew Team Member, you will play a vital role in daily restaurant operations, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. This position offers a collaborative environment where you can work as part of a team to keep the restaurant running efficiently.

Day in the Life

Your day will vary depending on shift needs, allowing you to gain experience across multiple areas of the restaurant. You may work the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen. In the kitchen, you will prepare food items according to company standards, operate equipment such as grills and fryers, and fryers, and assemble orders with care. In the dining area, you will maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure the space is welcoming for guests. Whether handling payments or managing inventory, your attention to detail helps maintain our reputation for quality and service.
