About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering fast and friendly service to our customers. As a Crew Team Member, you play a vital role in the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience. You will work as part of a cohesive team to keep the restaurant running efficiently and dining areas clean, safe, and welcoming.

Day in the Life

Your day will vary depending on shift needs, allowing you to gain experience across multiple areas of the restaurant. You might start at the front counter or drive-thru, taking customer orders and operating the register. In the kitchen, you will prepare food items according to company standards, assemble orders, and operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers. You will also be responsible for maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, restocking supplies, and cleaning tables and work areas.
