About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in our daily restaurant operations. As a key part of our team, you will assist with customer service, food preparation, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to ensure every guest receives fast and friendly service. This position is essential for keeping our restaurants running efficiently and maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

Day in the Life

Your day will vary depending on shift needs, allowing you to work across different areas of the restaurant. You may assist at the front counter, manage the drive-thru, or work in the kitchen. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating the register, and assembling customer orders, handling payments, and operating kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers. You will also be responsible for restocking supplies, cleaning tables and work areas, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Working as part of a team, you will help keep the restaurant clean and organized throughout your shift.
