About the Role

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and quality of our restaurants, ensuring that every customer receives fast and friendly service.

Crew Members play a vital part in the team, working across various areas of the restaurant including the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen, drive-thru, and kitchen. Depending on shift needs, you will collaborate with your team to keep the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Do

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing food according to company standards. You will operate kitchen equipment, handle payments, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in both the kitchen and dining areas. Your ability to work as part of a team will help ensure that our guests have a positive experience every time they visit.
