About the Role
McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, where you will play a vital role in assisting with daily restaurant operations. As a key part of our team, you will contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring the efficient running of the restaurant.
Day in the Life
Your day will vary depending on shift needs, allowing you to work across different areas of the restaurant including the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen. drive-thru, or kitchen. You will be responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, taking customer orders, operating the register, and handling payments. In the kitchen, you will prepare food items according to company standards, assemble orders, and operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area, restocking supplies, and inventory, and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
