Job Description

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and quality of our restaurant environment, ensuring that every guest receives fast and friendly service.

Crew Members play a vital part in the team dynamic, working across various areas of the restaurant including the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen, drive-thru, and kitchen. Depending on shift needs, you will collaborate with colleagues to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing food according to company standards. You will operate kitchen equipment, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness in both the kitchen and dining areas. This position requires working as part of a team to ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
