Job Description

McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and quality of our restaurant environment, ensuring that every customer receives fast and friendly service. Crew Members work collaboratively as part of a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly operating team, supporting various areas of the restaurant including the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen depending on shift needs.

Crew Members are responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, preparing food according to company standards, operating kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers, assembling food orders, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area, restocking inventory, and working as part of a team to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
