About the Role
McDonald’s is seeking Crew Team Members to join our team as a Crew Team Member, playing a vital role in our daily restaurant operations. As a key part of our team, you will assist in delivering fast and friendly customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and restaurant cleanliness. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can contribute to the efficiency and success of our restaurant.
What You Will Do
Depending on shift needs, you will work across various areas of the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen. Your responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating the register, preparing food items, and assembling orders. You will also handle payments, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in both the kitchen and dining areas. Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards is essential to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
